How local moving is carried out
Packing
Even on a short route, items are wrapped properly — a five-kilometre trip damages an unwrapped mirror just as easily as a five-hundred-kilometre one. Fragile goods are cushioned, furniture is covered and cartons are sealed and labelled.
Loading
Access is checked before the vehicle arrives: lift size, staircase width, parking position and the distance items must be carried. Loading is then done in an order that keeps the vehicle balanced and the fragile boxes protected.
Transportation
A vehicle sized to the load is used, so you are not paying for space you do not need or making repeat trips you did not plan for. Routes are chosen with access at the destination in mind.
Unloading & Placement
Items are carried in, placed where you want them and unwrapped if you have asked for unpacking assistance. Local moves are often completed within the same day, depending on volume and access.
